At Unicorn Cosmetics, we want you to be completely spellbound by your purchase; if a product doesn't meet your magic standards, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on beauty products that are still sealed and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Potions

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
